Techline (Parts Staff at South Bay Honda)
The staff at South Bay Honda cannot check Order Statuses, place orders via phone or in-person, or authorize returns. The techline is available for help with parts catalog and car technical information related to finding parts. Some parts require you to provide your VIN number to the techline reprensentative so they can narrow the choices to help you get the right part for your car so please have that information ready. The staff cannot diagnosis your vehicle via the phone.
